The following is a list of browser and plugin requirements necessary for complete functionality of this reference.  The reference is probably compatible with PC, Mac, & smartphone (IOS or Android) browser standards.

Browsers (any of these should work):

Browser Plugins

• Lizardtech ExpressView (MrSID) or any standard viewer to view certain maps and census images. MrSID provides good zoom capabilities.
  
• VLC, Apple QuickTime or other plugin to play *.mp3 audio files
